Improving the Quality of Home and Community Based Waiver Services - Online Training for Case Managers

This CMS sponsored module offers training on HCBS waiver basics and federal assurances. In addition, a Train the Trainer Resource Guide if offered to support states and/or case management provider agencies who wish to conduct in-person training programs. The training includes a narrative curriculum, case studies with video vignettes, knowledge checks and a reflective exercise to apply general knowledge to specific requirements of individual HCS waivers and states.
